Consultation fee (includes medical interpreter): ¥55,000 tax-inclusive
If medication is prescribed, please pick it up and pay at the partner pharmacy.

■ Please read before booking

・Service format ― Online medical consultation via Zoom video call.
・Start time ― The consultation may begin up to 5 minutes later depending on the doctor’s schedule.
・Preparation ― Install the latest version of the Zoom app on your device.
・Conditions not covered ― Fractures, severe bleeding, loss of consciousness and other emergent surgical conditions cannot be treated online. Please visit the nearest medical facility.
・Emergency protocol ― If the doctor judges the case to be urgent, the session may be interrupted and hotel staff and emergency services contacted.
・Prescription limits ― Certain medications cannot be prescribed through online consultations.
・Service area ― This service is available to travelers currently staying in Japan. You can access consultations from anywhere in Japan with an internet connection, including hotels, Airbnb accommodations, or other private locations. The service is not available to users located outside Japan.
・Internet connection ― A stable connection is required. If hotel Wi-Fi is unstable, use mobile data.
・Environment ― Join from a quiet, private room with minimal background noise.
・Family attendance ― If family members will join, inform the doctor or nurse before the session starts.
・Temperature check ― Borrow a thermometer from the hotel if needed.
・Insurance ― This is private (self-pay) care; Japanese public health insurance does not apply. Check any private insurance coverage yourself; we do not contact insurers.
・Contact method ― All instructions are sent by e-mail—please enter a valid e-mail address.
・Identity verification ― Upload the passport photo page when booking; identity will be verified on-screen. Keep your camera on with your full face visible.
・Power supply ― Ensure sufficient battery or external power for the entire call.

■ Cancellation policy

・If you cancel after payment for personal reasons, the full fee is charged as a cancellation fee.
・If payment is not confirmed within 60 minutes of booking, the reservation is automatically cancelled.
